The booking is confirmed with a 25% deposit of the total value. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival at the hotel, or the guest may make additional payments before the trip if preferred. For group experiences, full payment must be completed by the deadline indicated for each experience.
-
A booking is only considered confirmed once the guest has made the required payment and received confirmation by email or WhatsApp. The guest is responsible for providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information during the booking process. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking if it detects inconsistencies or misuse of the system.
-
If you cancel your booking up to one month (30 calendar days) before your arrival date, we will refund 50% of your deposit, minus transaction costs if applicable.
-
If you cancel your booking with 29 or fewer calendar days remaining before your arrival date, no percentage of your deposit will be refunded.
If the cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival due to demonstrable force majeure, the value of the booking will not be refunded, but you will have the option to move it to any date within the following year from the original booking date. In this case, the standard cancellation policy will not apply — meaning if the booking is cancelled again, no refund of any kind will be given. Note: flight changes or cancellations by the airline are NOT considered force majeure. -
If the airline changes or cancels your flight with 3 or fewer days remaining before your arrival, the booking must still be honored in full on the agreed date, even if you end up traveling the day after your original arrival date.
If for any reason you were unable to travel and did not notify us (no-show), no percentage will be refunded and you will not be entitled to date changes. -
If, after your arrival (check-in), you wish to cancel or modify your booking, no percentage of the full stay will be refunded, nor will you be entitled to date changes.

Pet policy
Yes, we accept pets, but please note that full responsibility lies with the guest.
We're located between the sea and the mangrove, in a natural environment, so you must keep an eye on your pet and prevent it from wandering off alone into these areas.
The beach in front of the hotel is approximately 5 km long, with jungle and a river behind it — don't leave your pet unsupervised!
This is a natural environment, and wild animals such as scorpions or snakes may appear. Pets tend to be curious, so it's important to watch them closely to avoid incidents.
Picking up after your pet is required. There is no waste collection or treatment in the area, so waste must be collected only in certified compostable bags and disposed of wherever hotel staff indicate.
Please make sure your pet doesn't chase or disturb local wildlife — there are birds, crabs, raccoons, and other animals in the area.
It is the owner's responsibility to ensure pets do not disturb other guests' rest or violate hotel policies. Responsible owners must cover any cost of damage caused by their pets to hotel property, including but not limited to stains or tears in sheets, towels, mosquito nets, rugs, furniture, facilities, and other items.
